Along Mayflower

12 x 9     Oil

Norfolk Paint Out 2008.

Early Friday morning, Norvember 14.   It had been rainning for the past twelve hours or so; driving down Mayflower Avenue I was struck by the fog along the Layfayette River with the misty tree line in the distance.   The lone little tree in the foreground, clinging to its last few leaves was the perfect lead in to the scene and the golden leaves strewn along the ground a great contrast to all the blue on this foggy morning.

  1. Please let me know if you’re looking for a writer for your site.
You have some really good articles and I believe I would be a good asset.
If you ever want to take some of the load off, I’d really like to write some material for your blog
in exchange for a link back to mine. Please blast me an email if interested.

Hi, I have actually been working on sharpening my own writing for the blog and will be changing it to include more of my own articles and stories. Please, what is the focus of your own blog site and what are you thinking of in terms of collaborating with me? Editing and rewriting my entries or something else? I encourage and try to support, in whatever small ways I can, everyone’s creative efforts.
